Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every new company starts on a 14-day free trial with up to 5 users and the AI collections assistant included. No credit card is required to start, and nothing is charged when the trial ends — the account simply pauses until you choose a plan.

What currency is CollectFlows billed in?

Plans are priced and billed in UAE dirhams (AED). Payment is taken by card through Stripe, so international cards work normally.

How is a user counted?

Accepted Answer

Every person with a login counts as one user, whatever their role — super admin, manager, accountant, collector or viewer. Growth includes up to 5 users and Business up to 20. If you need more than that, Enterprise has no seat cap.

Can I change plan later?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from Settings → Billing, and the change takes effect on your next invoice. Your data is untouched either way.

Which plan includes the AI collections assistant?

Accepted Answer

Business and Enterprise include the AI assistant, and it is also available during the 14-day trial so you can evaluate it before committing. Growth does not include it.

Is there a contract or minimum term?

No. Growth and Business are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. Enterprise terms are agreed directly with us.
